We have a stand alone large (30 x 40 ft) garage which used to house a tractor and a workshop. But john designed instead a private recreation room we call it the mad mockers pub. It is every man’s dream. John loves to design and build. He is also a city boy and although he loves his life in the country he felt he needed a pub close by. So just across from our home is this magnificent play house for grown-ups (and kids) it has a pool table, pinball machine, Fooz Ball, a stage so that he and his friends can jam. Or sing karaoke. There is a bar, card table for his poker playing friends, and of course an area to dance.

We also have a double car garage attached to the house…for cars…although we do not use it for cars, there is a very large parking area (enough for 10 cars or more)

Built in 2000 it features lots of windows, It is bright an airy with lots of windows, a beautiful view of our paddocks. In summer the green lush country side can be seen from every angle. In winter the place is transformed into a winter wonderland of white. No Slush!!!! That is a very city thing…and by the way the roads here are cleared much faster and better than in Montreal.
